Coordinator
Management and Decision-Making Authority
|
Job Definition: The Coordinator is responsible for the effective and equitable management of the coordinatorship.
Core Responsibilities
- Planning and management of application, evaluation, admission and registration processes
- Establishment of process schedules and ensuring their implementation
- Coordination among relevant units (student affairs, faculties, institutes, etc.)
- Compliance monitoring with legislation and institutional policies
- Personnel task allocation and process oversight
- Reporting, statistical data tracking and preparation for internal control processes
Scope of Authority
- Defining processes and workflows
- Operational decision-making and direction
- Initiating formal coordination among units
Required Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of higher education and student processes
- Process / operations management skills
- Ability to interpret legislation and procedures
- Good level of foreign language proficiency (preferably English)
- Systematic and responsible work discipline

Lecturer
Academic Counseling and Guidance

Job Definition: The Lecturer is responsible for managing the operation of the process.
Responsibilities
- Providing counseling to international students on academic and administrative processes
- Providing guidance on residence permit procedures
- Supporting orientation and adaptation processes
- Evaluating student requests, issues and needs
- Conducting information and guidance activities
- Contributing to the improvement of student satisfaction and experience
Scope of the Role: This role does not include administrative decision-making, registration approval or document review authority.
Required Qualifications
- At least a master's degree
- Command of university and student processes
- Counseling and guidance skills
- Fluent foreign language proficiency (English required)
- Strong communication and intercultural awareness
- Problem-solving and directing capability

Unit Document Officer
Correspondence and Document Security

Job Definition: The Unit Document Officer is responsible for managing the correspondence operations of the coordinatorship.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out incoming and outgoing document processes
- Supporting official correspondence and document workflows
- Checking compliance with legislation and institutional procedures
- Supporting the coordinatorship in document flow processes
- Ensuring document security and confidentiality
Scope of the Role: This role does not include process management or academic counseling responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of document and correspondence processes
- Detail-oriented and organized work approach
- Proficiency in office software and digital filing
- Awareness of procedures and confidentiality
